This is the weighted proportion of PPFs in the soil landscape that were flagged as having unreliable (=100) water retention (field capacity, wilting point, PAWHC) parameters. Note that McKenzie et al. (2000) flag some estimates of water retention properties as low reliability and unreliable on the basis of estimated air entry potential for the Campbell b parameter but no A horizon values were flagged as such. Derived from Western and McKenzie (2004). The solum average for unreliable water retention parameters is the A and B horizon estimates weighted by the depth of each horizon (although unreliable estimates were noted for the B Horizon only). |
